The disability support space has a look. Overly literal, heavy on imagery that defines people by their challenges rather than their potential. Accord Care wanted something different. We were brought in to give Accord Care a DNA, a clear identity rooted in their values, built to connect with the people they serve. The goal was to create a brand that is strong, considered and people-centred without leaning on the obvious. An NDIS brand that simply looks and feels different. Through a visual identity refresh and a redesigned website, we built a modern, cohesive brand system that reflects Accord Care's commitment to compassionate, person-centred disability support, without reducing the people they serve to a stereotype.
