Zhen, the Managing Director of Skyhold, approached us with a clear vision: to create a brand that captured the character and spirit of New Farm and its dynamic community. We began by embracing the property's existing name, Noorla, an Aboriginal word meaning "home," a fitting reflection of the area's distinctive fusion of heritage charm and modern living. From this foundation, we developed a complete brand identity and a visually compelling brochure that authentically communicated the development's sophistication while connecting meaningfully with its intended audience.
